To my clients, until further notice, I am continuing to run my practice as I’m seen as an essential service. Be assured that I have adopted sanitizing principles in the clinic and I am sanitizing between clients every day.

For individuals who are regarded vulnerable, are self isolating, and meet certain guidelines, the government is offering completely funded phone or online sessions with Psychologists. If you need an appointment let’s have a chat and check if you meet the guidelines. Also, for any clients who have lost their job, have been given reduced hours at work, or been compromised financially in anyway due to the COVID-19, I will be bulk billing those sessions in the clinic during this period or until you manage to get back on your feet financially. So, don’t feel that you can’t afford to come to therapy. If you don’t fit either of these options and are reluctant to come into the office, let’s have a chat about other options.

I think we all agree that this is a challenging time for us.  But, if we work together and support each other, history tells us that we will get through it. I like to think that every time we experience difficulties, it’s an opportunity to grow and develop more efficient processes. It’s also a time to learn. For me, I’m becoming more experienced with technology!

I am working in the coming weeks and then I am having some time off between Friday 17th to Monday 24th April. I’m stuck in Melbourne like many others after having to postpone our trip to Bali.  So, if anyone is feeling like they need to talk to me during that time I will be available online or on the phone.

Anyway, let me know if you need an appointment. I’ll be in touch to check with you individually.

Over the coming weeks we will be presenting you with some tips on staying strong and healthy.

In the meantime, please enjoy this video of our meditation guru, Nadia, on our Facebook page.
